Congratulations!

I'd just like to pause for a moment to send our Congratulations out to Monica Longard, one of our coordinators for finding a position on the design team for The Inked Stamper! What an achievement!

The Inked Stamper has been a solid supporter of the Go All Night Event for the past years, so its great to see Dawn welcome Monica to the team.


That being said, it was only two and a half years ago when Monica donned her first scrapbook scissors and apron, and joined us at Go All Night! This is proof that not every attendee is a scrapbooking veteran, but a willingness to try, and a love of the craft go a long way!


Congrats again Monica! We look forward to seeing what you create!

TOP 10 Things you need to know about the 8th Annual Event!

With about 150 days to go until our 8th event, aka The Big One, we are up and running!


With a great team of scrap bookers and crafters ready to start preparations, we have a couple of things set to go! Here is our TOP 10 to get you started:
  1. The date is Feb 27- March 1, 2015.
  2. The Early bird fee is $120, after January 31, it is $150.
  3. We have two great scrapbook vendors lined up
    • Scrappy Apple of La Crete, AB
    • Scrapbook Fanatics of Sturgeon County, AB
  4. Our location will remain as usual at Spirit of the North School in High Level, AB.
  5. We will accept payment by: cheque, Electronic bank transfer (EMT), or online ecredit card payment at: http://shop.scrapbookingfanatics.com 
(Please note that Sandy is not responsible for your arrangements for this event, she only provides us the means to simplify our payment options through the use of her site. When you go online, the final total of your purchase will equal $120.) All payments are non-refundable.


    6. We have extended our seating capacity to 60 people for this year, firm.
    7. We have a payment plan to help ease the burden of lump payment.
    8. There is no alcohol allowed on the premises.
    9. All attendees must be 18 years old. No children or babies please.

The more they stay the same....

Every year we try to come up with something new. We try to bring new ideas to the table for games, gifts, prizes, and of course, fundraising. One thing remains constant. The feeling we get when we all get together and make others happy. Take a look at these...

Don't just shine...SPARKLE! A story of heart, soul and sponsorship.

Another thank you goes out to Cindy Nielson, South Hill Designs Representative.

During the course of our event preparation craziness, we misplaced a beautiful donation.
The donation was that of an exclusive South Hill Designs locket, filled with charms and treasures of all things scrapbook-worthy.

In the attempt to mend the error, we offered to pay Mrs. Neilson to replace the locket, she so generously donated. She would have no such thing.

"My concern", she stated, "was that it was meant to raise funds." For Cindy, it was not about the money. That is what makes our sponsors so awesome!! They really are what makes our event so phenomenal!

Immediately following the weekend long event, we scoured the storage area where all of our donations had been housed, and lo and behold, there was the treasured gift!!

We were elated to be able to host a successful follow up auction to all our attendees!!
And so happy to be able to share the beauty of Cindy's product via social media.

Go All Night...The Aftermath...

Wow! It was a fantastically exhauasting weekend!
As always, a success!

We raised $9952 towards our two community groups.

It's always so awesome to see how excited everyone gets for this event!

We have a tentative date set for the 8th Annual Event, February 27, 28 and March 1, 2015.

It has arrived!

There would be many more posts on this page if I could blog from my Iphone, or my facebook page...I digress...

Here we are! 50 seats are booked, over one hundred items are ready for auction and raffle, goody bags are filled to the brim!

We are excited to host the 7th Annual Go All Night Event tomorrow! (And are secretly planning for the 8th...)
