Go All Night Event Update

Wow! We have such an efficient team this year! Many hands make light work, my mother always said.

We are nearly half full, and the prizes have started to trickle in. We are off to a great beginning!

Every registration recieves a FREE T-shirt! It's always exciting to find a new logo to jazz up our apparel!

We have also set up online registration for those that prefer credit card payment, or need to book from afar.
Sandy Hobbs with Scrapbooking Fanatics has offered us the ability on her site.

Go to: http://shop.scrapbookingfanatics.com/index.php?product=Go+All+Night+Crop&c=18

This should lead you to the events and crops department of the online shopping. Once you have your confirmation of purchase, you can call Tammy at 780-841-2531 and give her all your details.

How awesome is that!

Plus, our gift certificates are available in time for Christmas! They look great, and ensure that your seat is safe.

This weekend is worth every penny! We presently have a massage therapist, a yoga instructor, a pedicurist, and hand massage services arranged to be on site! This is the perfect getaway weekend you won't want to miss!!!!

Book now! We can't wait to see you there!

Registration is OPEN!

Our registration form is posted to your right.
I recommend the .pdf version if possible for printing, however, we understand not everyone can view that image.

Our registration was last at 18 seats out of our 50 seating maximum.

It's going to be amazing!

We are proud to announce that our team has grown to 9 members, and what a spitfire bunch they are!

Donations have started to roll in, services are being committed, and menus are being planned!

Don't hesitate to stake out your spot in this event. The seats are going earlier, and due to the number of vendors and product demos booked, we can not seat more than 50 this year!

Isn't that FABULOUS?!?!?

Ciao for now!

You asked for it!

In spring of last year, I realized the amount of work that was required to make this event come together. I also considered that it was our 5th anniversary, and we had sealed it with a BANG!

My dear friend, and one of my "partners in crime" also relocated across the country to Prince Edwad Island. And when these types of projects grow from a $2000.00 fundraiser, to a $10,000.00 fundraiser, you need people to handle all aspects to make it run smoothly.

It made me reconsider where we were going with this for 2013...

Then, they came.
These scrapbookers, crafters, idealists, workers, and warm hearted people who offered simply to...HELP. With our experience, their support and hard-work, we decided to carry on with the good thing we have made. Our focus this year, will be on fabulous raffle items, generous fundraising, and more uninterrupted time to work on your projects!

So here we are! (Cue the music!)

The 6th ANNUAL GO ALL NIGHT SCRAPBOOK FUNDRAISER will take place March 1-3, 2013 in High Level, at the Spirit of the North school.
It will begin at 6:30 pm on Friday, and close at Noon on Sunday.

We are presently assembling registrations forms. The fee will be $100, with non-refundable payment plans being available to secure your spot.

We will also be accepting donations for door prizes, silent auctions, etc.

Thanks for continuing to support us, cheering us on, and allowing us to feature your amazing products, and artwork!

What an excellent crowd!

There were 42 scrapbookers in attendance at this years Go All Night 5th Annual Fundraiser!
Needless to say, we were ecstatic by the turnout! The crowd was dedicated to a great cause, and helped us surpass our goal, and RAISE $10,200!!!

Phenomenal! It just shows what a group of people with heart and dedication can do to make a difference! Stay tuned for a list of our Sponsors and more photos!

Thanks for all your support!

Ask me About SRW! (Parody-humour)

Ask me About SRW?

·       Are you exhausted?

·       Are the muscles in your butt sore?

·       Do you constantly pause and think to yourself: “What was she thinking when she said that out loud?”

·       Are you walking up to strangers and requesting pieces of their dishes, tools, food, clothing, etc.?

·       Are you plagued with random fits of any of the following?

o   Giggling to yourself ?

o   The need to sort through “your stash”?

o   A sense of entitlement to the best chairs, tables, or items in the house (often blurting out “I better win that!”) simply because you arrived at the said location?

o   Wanting to wander over to your neighbors yards, just to “see what they are workin’ on”?

o   Urges to drink caffeinated products at 11 p.m.?

o   Referring to the drapes, or family pet as “textile”, “flat”, or even whether or not it might be “good on a page”?

o   Feeling separation anxiety from strangers in groups of 4-6?

o   The need to tell your most private matters to the new neighbors?

o   The need to walk around and spend “your budget” on vegetables you will never eat because your friend bought them, or outfits you will never wear because they “have this cool gadget on the side”?

You may be suffering from Scrapbook Retreat Withdrawal (SRW). SRW is a very serious condition that may affect women from the very young, to the very old, that have been crafting outside of their homes and regular circles. Women feeling the symptoms of SRW should contact their local GO ALL NIGHT Crop Coordinator to find out more about their options.

Women suffering from Just Got Back (JGB) may want to wait before signing up for help. SRW, in conjunction with JGB, may cause greater difficulties in other lifestyle areas such as home relationships, finances, and in extreme cases, the depletion of scrapbooking supplies. Always discuss any options with your local supplier before proceeding in case they are needed to provide stash intervention.

Let us intervene….

FIVE!!!

It's our fifth anniversary of the crop! 5 years! There's been a bucket full of money, and a boatload of great kids that have benefitted from this event!

In honor of our 5th "birthday" we are hosting a photo contest at this years Crop!
The rules are simple.
  1. The submission must be present at the event.
  2. It must be printed in 5x7.
  3. It should not be edited with software or photshop type stuff.
  4. The theme is: FIVE (It could be a symbol of 5 items, 5 years, $5...just be prepared to explain if we ask!)
  5. There is no fee.
  6. There will be a prize after judging.
Have fun!

Think Local!

Go check out www.thinklocalmarket.com .

There are some awesome vendors on here that are exclusive to the Peace Country! When you make a purchase, you can choose which organization you would like to benefit from your purchase, and a percentage will go to that group!
Of course, we want you to click Go All Night Scrapbooking!

Pay attention as well to the names of the vendors, and you are bound to see K& C Bathhouse ( a.k.a the soap lady) has her beautiful items featured here too! She is a generous sponsor of the Go All Night event! Have fun, and happy surfing!
